Get your senses and body awake with a wake-up yoga pose. The classic one is simple tuck your knees between your arms, pull them close to your chest and hold it for 8 to 10 breaths. If that isn't enough to get your blood flowing, there are other morning yoga exercises you can do in bed as you wake up.
