Ballet Barre offers exercises for strength, conditioning, flexibility and balance, using a barre to stay secure. Tap and Rhythm is open to all and requires no special shoes. Chair Yoga includes strengthening exercises, using yoga poses, stretching and practicing guided meditation either standing or seated.

Boglioli led the students in basic exercise principles, before a healthy lunch of wraps, fruit salad and green salads. Wafa Turk, a certified yoga instructor, offered a basic yoga practice, including poses, breathing techniques and the connection between learning how to de-stress to find our inner voice.
